Esti.ga is a digital agency building websites, software and marketing for companies in the United States and Brazil. For anything about your data, write to contato@esti.ga.

When you send the contact form, we receive:

• your name and email;
• your phone number, if you give it;
• the service you're interested in, if you choose one;
• the message you write;
• the page language and the approximate country you visited from.

When you browse the website, we determine your approximate country from your IP address to show the right language and WhatsApp number. We also measure visits in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you.

We use only two technical cookies, needed for the website to work as you expect:

• NEXT_LOCALE: remembers the language you chose, for up to one year;
• whatsapp_number: keeps the WhatsApp number for your country during your visit.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

• replying to your message and understanding what you need;
• preparing proposals and delivering the services you hire;
• showing the website in your language and understanding, in aggregate, how it is used.

We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

Your data is accessed only by the Esti.ga team who will help you and by the providers that help us run the website:

• Vercel, which hosts the website;
• Resend, which delivers the contact form emails;
• the provider that hosts our mailboxes.

These providers may only use the data to deliver the service Esti.ga hired them for.

Some of these providers process data in the United States. When you contact us, your data may be handled in the United States and Brazil, always with the protections described in this policy.

We keep contact data for as long as needed to help you and maintain our relationship, or for the period required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Under US privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you can ask us to:

• tell you what data we have about you;
• correct incomplete or outdated data;
• delete your data;
• send you a copy of your data.

We may update this policy when the website or our services change. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
